Terms of membership

MesaKOT offers a cloud membership for hospitality houses. By registering and completing payment, you agree to these terms.

Membership

Plans are billed monthly as shown at checkout. Access begins when payment succeeds and your workspace is prepared. Keys appear once on the success screen — keep them private.

Continuity & courtesy

If membership lapses, a courtesy window may precede a pause in chargeable service until payment resumes. Historical records for your house remain yours and are not discarded solely for a late renewal.

Fair use

Use MesaKOT only for lawful operations at outlets you control. Do not attempt to enter another house’s world, probe payment pathways, or abuse shared infrastructure.

Your house

Operational records for your restaurant belong to your membership. MesaKOT processes them solely to deliver the service. See Privacy for how we treat that care.

Liability

The service is provided for commercial hospitality use. MesaKOT is not liable for lost custom due to network interruption, misconfigured devices, or staff misuse. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
