This policy explains what MesaKOT gathers when you visit our public pages or run a restaurant under membership.

What we gather

Registration and billing: legal name, contact details, optional tax identity, plan choice, and payment references. Operational life of the house: menu, covers, settlements, people, and preferences — each kept within that house.

Separate worlds

Every restaurant is its own domain. Staff sessions belong to that domain alone. Neighbouring houses cannot read your service.

How we use it

To open and run your membership, honour plan rights, process payments, support you, and keep the platform reliable. We do not sell the operational life of your house.

Sessions

Sign-in cookies keep workspaces secure. Public marketing pages do not require an account cookie.

Retention

Records stay while membership is active and as needed for legal or fiscal continuity after departure, unless deletion is arranged with support.
